Zscaler is a global cloud-based information security company that provides Internet security, granular control of user activity in cloud computing, mobile, and the Internet of things environments and provides automated threat forensics and dynamic malware protection against advanced cyber threats. Zscaler provides a cloud-based approach to security as a service.
During the Internship period, I came across many project opportunities. Zscaler Help Portal re-design is one of them.
The goal of usability testing is to identify any usability problems, collect quantitative data on participants' performance, identify the behavioral pattern and also, determine user satisfaction with the Zscaler Help Portal Design.
The usability testing sessions helped to find out two concerns:
1. Participants find it difficult to use/notice the inline help on admin portal
2. Participants got confused by the navigation labels.
Later, we revisited the introduction of inline help and navigation labels.
