Mikhan is a senior executive with a background in finance. He has the ability to consume and analyze data with an amazing audacity, which has enabled his rise within the organization. He is willing to adopt new technologies but needs them to perform as an experienced assistant. Time is in short supply, so technology should be effortless.

 

Desire: Mikhan wants a focused experience that allows for making quick judgment and clear communication

 

Needs: Maintain a steady dialogue going on with customers/partners along with his sales force on the ground make a hassle-free appearance at events and the meetings planned offers him the same experience of a personally assisted service. His admin assistant needs access to manage his appointments

at the event.
